  • For replacements or exchanges, please provide an unaltered video of the unboxing. It is a must.
  • If customers request a product for a size change, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. EYINI will cover the charges only if the wrong product or a defective product was sent.
  • Replacements or exchanges are allowed for genuine reasons such as size replacements.
  • Deliveries will take place within 3 to 7 days depending on the location and availability of the product at the moment.
